All Arabian Show help?

Monday, August 25, 2025 10:41 AM

Hi all, so I'd like to make sure I assign the proper Pure Arabian classes to my models for this show based on the body types. The vast majority of my show herd do not have a specific strain of Arabian assigned. Here are the molds I am looking to show:

  • Stone Arabian (TR, original stallion mold)
  • Huck Bey
  • PAM
  • CAM
  • Weathergirl
  • Stone Chip Arab
  • G1 Arabian stallion
  • G1 Arabian mare
  • Mini Nahar resin
  • CollectA trotting Arabian mare

All either mares or stallions (foals and partbreds are more straightforward!) I did already enter the Hucks and TR Stone but I can move those if they're in the wrong places.

Thanks! :)

Are you able to post links to each model? It would be easier to take a look athow you're presenting them that way :)

Huck Bey and Weathergirl could both pass as Shagya's in my opinion. Or Persian arabs.

The Collecta most closely resembles the Polish arabian, again, in my opinion.

I'd go Persian arab for the TR stone arabian.

Your best bet would be to research the various types and strains, then choose your model according to which strain or type you think it best represents.

Here's a link describing Crabbet type Arabians:

Asil (Egyptian) type:

Modern Domestic (aka American bred using various strains)

The Hagen Renaker "Nataf" and Stone Horses Arabian both represent modern, domestic types, IMO.

Have fun!
